Shipping and Handling
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. However, some items can only be shipped using the Standard Shipping option. Shipping costs are determined by:
Your shipping total will be calculated automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders are based on the total order weight. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount. This means your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual shipping charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with your order's actual total shipping cost during checkout.

When will my backorder ship?
Occasionally we may be temporarily out-of-stock on an item shown on our website. Within the first business day of receiving your order, if we are out of stock of any items on your order, you will be notified by Fairlight of the backordered products' approximate ship date. You will not be charged for shipping the backordered goods.
What is my tracking number?
If you’ve received an email confirming your order has been shipped, you can track it online through your Fairlight Fragrance Account:

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number, please check your junk mail folder and email/call customer service at CustomerService@FairlightFragrance.com or 1-888-298-2722 M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm PST.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you have already placed an order and wish to change the ship-to address for the order, please contact us at CustomerService@FairlightFragrance.com or 1-888-298-2722 M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm PST, and we will make an effort to update your address prior to the order shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive when I select the Ground Shipping option?
All orders originate from our warehouse in Carson, California. Please refer to the chart below to estimate how many business days it will take to deliver your package using the FedEx Ground shipping option:
For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
The transit schedules provided do not include additional days required for customs clearance or deliveries in rural or extended delivery areas. Please check with UPS (Tracking) for complete origin to destination transit schedules.
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within five (5) days of receiving your purchase by following the steps outlined below.
Please follow these four steps to return your damaged goods to Fairlight Fragrance:
Please e-mail our Customer Service department at CustomerService@FairlightFragrance.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You will need to provide the details of your order; including order number, item number of damaged product, and an explanation of damage.
Once the return is processed, you will be sent an RMA number and a UPS ground shipping label. Please include a note that contains the RMA number as well as letting us know if you would like a refund or replacement. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.
Please return your package to any UPS authorized shipping center.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used products. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by e-mail once your refund or replacement has been processed. Please allow a maximum of 7 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Fairlight Fragrance as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
